Featured in my debut photography book A Year In London.
I took this near Mansion House tube station, I liked the chaos of the scene, a man isolated from his ever changing surroundings, balanced by the familiar sight of cranes and perpetual construction. One of the things I noticed while taking photos for the book was just how quickly everything changes in a city like London, and yet at the same time it's subtle enough that you don't really notice. Much like aging humans, it's a rapid change really, but slow enough that you don't notice it until you take a step back and reflect.
