I took this on my first visit to Marrakesh, actually in the first year that I started going abroad as an adult. I remember feeling quite mesmerised and excited by everything. The medina especially, so full of smells, sounds and sights that I was not accustomed to. Getting lost in that labyrinth and coming out the other side somewhere you didn't expect. Marrakesh, it's a beautiful, hectic and puzzling experience, but one that I'd be glad to do over and over again.
