Regents Park - August 2016

One of my friends said this is his favourite photo of mine. An ex girlfriend said she hated it. I like it. It depicts a very unhappy relationship, but photography is all about taking things out of context, or providing a new context to an otherwise mundane scene. Sure the couple look unhappy, but I haven't captured the context, if it was a video maybe the viewer would see them differently, maybe just a moment of silence or aloofness in an otherwise very connected relationship. It's not for me to say. That's the beauty of photography
